Personal training at Thrive is a perfect complement to our group fitness classes or if you are simply looking for expert guidance towards your fitness goals. Our trainers invest in your well-being and will keep you motivated in a caring, goal-oriented environment. Sessions can be customized to include wellness coaching to help you align exercise, eating habits and lifestyle to set realistic goals and prevent set backs, as well as tracking body composition measurements. One-on-one training gives you the attention you need to stay on track and reach new heights. Whether a beginner or seasoned athlete, our trainers will bring their best so you can be yours!
Every client will be required to complete a new waiver of liability and will be pre-screened for COVID-19 symptoms. Your trainer will wear a mask, practice diligent hand hygiene, and will remain at least 6 feet physical distance during your session. CDC sanitation guidelines will be followed to disinfect and sanitize all equipment before and after each session.
Until further notice, we will be offering 3, 50 Minutes Sessions for $175 (2 Month Expiration After Purchase). Payment due prior to booking sessions. Cash, Check, Credit Card, HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Savings Account) payments accepted. Thrive Gift Certificates and MINDBODY Account Credits can be applied toward Personal Training Fees. Clients ready to schedule sessions and make their purchase contact us with your request (time you wish to schedule sessions and trainer(s) of choice). If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance so we may schedule a new time for you. No refunds or credits are issued for sessions missed or late cancelled by the client.
