THRIVE LIVE CLASSES: If you are ready to return to our facility, we will be ready to welcome you! Equipment will be set-up and class size is currently 9 participants, plus your instructor. Please print, complete, and bring your updated waiver of liability to your next live, in studio group fitness class with us.
THRIVE ON-DEMAND VIRTUAL CLASSES: Select from a variety of our freestyle class formats with the flexibility of unlimited views up to 24 hours after the class is scheduled.
THRIVE PAY-PER VIEW CLASSES: We are very grateful to be granted temporary permission through 9/30/20 to offer MOSSA Group Power®, MOSSA Group Blast®, STRONG Nation™ and ZUMBA® while we have limited capacity in our LIVE classes! **Please note these classes must be viewed when scheduled**
5x5 STRENGTH TRAINING - This self-paced workout emphasizes perfecting form to complete 5 challenging reps for 5 sets of 5 different exercises at a nearly maximum load, utilizing barbells, weights, TRX Suspension Trainer, BOSU and/or the TRX RIP Trainer.
BARRE Above™ - Explore a barefoot training challenge that fuses low-impact, ballet-inspired moves with a variety of pilates, yoga and full-body muscle endurance strength exercises. You will see improvement in your posture, flexibility, strength and balance from this training method. No dance experience necessary.
CIRCUIT TRAINING - Mix up your fitness routine with fun, high-energy strength and cardio circuits, using a variety of equipment carefully selected by your instructor.
CYNERGY - Enjoy the energetic flow of mindful movement combining yoga and pilates, delivered in a relaxed setting to restore balance to the mind and a physical challenge to the body in this barefoot, easy to follow class.
GENTLE YOGA - Whether you are a seasoned fitness enthusiast or brand new, enjoy the opportunity to slow down and discover how yoga can be a great tool in building muscular strength and endurance, balance and flexibility - as well as soothe your aches and pains. Class concludes with a peaceful meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and refocused.
GROUP BLAST® - This MOSSA program is an energetic cardio workout using The STEP to train fitness, agility, coordination, and strength. GROUP POWER® - This MOSSA program combines traditional strength exercises with effective functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger by using an adjustable barbell and your own body weight. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. PILATES - Enjoy low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements emphasizing proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance.
R.I.P.P.E.D. the One Stop Body Shock® - This program masterfully combines the best elements of fitness to deliver incredible results. The workout focus changes every 6 to 9 minutes, allowing every muscle group to get a quick yet effective workout, as each fitness element is incorporated: resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance and core.
RECOVERY CIRCUIT - Compliment your higher intensity workouts with a mind-body recovery circuit using a foam roller and tennis ball to assist in improving flexibility, release muscle tension, prevent injury, improve core strength and promote balance. Shoes optional.
SPINNING® - The 40 minute ride is the foundation of the Spinning® program. Each class is carefully designed by your instructor with a specific purpose (strength, endurance, intervals, as well as recovery) and timed to energize, challenge and empower participants to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
SPINNERVALS - This class will alternate between 3 minutes of cardio intervals on the bike, and 3 minutes of strength training exercises (off the bike) for a total body functional fitness challenge.
STABILITY BALL - Get a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength and flexibility all-in-one class that generates posture improvements and a constant balance challenge.
STEP + CORE - Challenge your mind and body with this easy to follow, guaranteed to sweat, freestyle step aerobic class that incorporates core conditioning and flexibility training into the cool-down.
STRONG Nation™ - Enjoy a high energy cardio interval workout combining plyometric exercises and cardio kickboxing. This unique format is divided into quadrants and synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move, complete with a core challenge!
TABATA TRAINING - Get ready for a creative combination of cardio and strength intervals alternating short periods of intense exercise with less intense recovery periods.
TRX® Suspension Training - Train Your Body in 3-D! Suspension training utilizes body leveraging that challenges the body in multiple planes vastly increasing muscle function and athletic performance. Challenge is easily adapted simply by adjusting your body position.
YIN YOGA - Explore slower, meditative variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, targeting your deep connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, and fascia) to reduce stress, increase circulation, improve flexibility, and promote mindfulness.
YOGA FUSION - This energetic, yoga flow class includes traditional body weight strength poses, plus the incorporation of another piece of equipment such as: resistance bands, stability balls, bender balls, BOSUs, TRX, etc. to challenge muscular endurance and improve bone density to compliment balance and flexibility training. Please bring your own full-size mat and a blanket or towel.
ZUMBA® - This easy-to-follow, super fun workout mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. No dance experience necessary.
