ZUMBA! Join the Party!   Salsa, Cha cha, samba, reggae, hip hop, belly dance, and more wrapped into an  easy to follow super fun workout that burns fat, conditions the core and lifts your spirits! It’s exercise in disguise -   No dance experience necessary.

Group Power is Your Hour of Power! This workout strengthens and tones all of your muscles with a high-rep weight training formula that creates lean, athletic muscles by using the adjustable barbell, weight plates and your own body weight.  Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises to dynamic music in a motivating group atmosphere that will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, improve overall health and sense of well-being. Get ready to find your personal best!

Power Express a 45 minunte version of class that hits a high calorie burn and a more significant cardio challenge by using all the larger muscle group tracks (eliminates biceps, triceps and shoulders) for a fast, efficient workout for those short on time!

TRX® Suspension Training -  Train Your Body in 3-D   One of our most popular classes! Unlike any other fitness training program, suspension training  utilizes body leveraging that challenges the body in multiple planes vastly increasing muscle function and athletic performance. Plus it’s all core all the time!      TRX training  transforms traditional exercises  in various planes to bring intense training and strength not only to the major muscles, but also develops the assisting muscles to carve definition and increase functional fitness. Challenge is easily adapted simply by adjusting your body position.  Great for rehabilitating injuries and for increasing range of motion in stiff joints.  If you’ve never participated in TRX training, just let us know and we’ll set aside a few minutes before your first class.  Just added: TRX Metabolic Meltdown!!

SPINNING® has been a favorite class for those looking for the ultimate calorie burn (600 calories  in a 50 minute class!) and total body conditioning that is easy on the joints.  Your ride is set to music that will have you climbing, sprinting, and leisurely cruising to inspiring  music along side of friends.  Strengthening legs with pedaling, conditioning the core and releasing endorphins while obtaining peak cardiovascular training at your individual pace.   Studio cycling takes the best of outdoor riding to keep you road-ready!  Please note: the minimum time to cancel out of Spinning “penalty free”  is 4 hours prior to class so we can better reach those on wait lists.


Drums Alive® Catch the rhythm and feel the beat with this pulsating fitness craze!  With a set of drumsticks in your hands and a makeshift drum at your feet, this class promises to get your heart pumping, feet tapping and face smiling while improving cardiovascular ability, muscle tone, brain function, while relieving stress.   

Cardio Step & Sculpt  One of the greatest fitness innovations - the step! Keep muscles tone and the mind sharp with this ever popular cardio program that burns fat and strengthens the heart.  Adjustable risers, along with step mats,  allow you to modify intensity as needed.  Class incorporates  muscle conditioning and core training.

CoreXpress Pressed for time? CoreXpress is a time-saver workout that hits the core and more in about 35 minutes. Besides abdominals, this class strengthens the muscles of the trunk: hips/shoulders/back to bring strength to the core.  Uses bands, weights, plates - it's a whole lot more than crunches!

Cynergy   A unique marriage of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates delivered in a relaxed setting to uplifting contemporary music.  It’s the perfect compliment to your training - allowing muscles to lengthen while restoring inner calmness and improving  range of motion in this easy to follow program that restores balance to mind, body, and soul.

Zumba Toning - Rockin' Party - Rock Hard Body!!  It's the same Zumba you love fused with muscle-sculpting moves that take your Zumba class to the next level.   Shake up your dancing  by using light resistance disguised in 1 or 2.5 lb maraca-like weights that will keep your work-out super fun and body ultra tone.  Burn fat like never before with this  calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party!

Circuit Training - Strength and conditioning circuit style! Mix up your training with a fun variety of stations using resistance bands, Bosu, free-weights, foam rollers, cardio drills, medicine balls and more - no two assignments are ever the same! TABATA 20 - Short on time & want a total body workout? Let us work you from head to toe in the fastest moving workout in town. Tabata cycles 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes repeated 4 times. This formula will kick your metabolism into high  gear  and your challenge you within your given fitness level.

BARRE Workout- (Pronounced “bar”) Barre fitness fuses ballet strengthening barre moves, pilates, and body toning exercise at a calorie burning pace.  It uses dance conditioning exercises but there is NO dancing in this class.  This popular new method focuses on precise movements to strengthen and stretch the body to create a long, lean, and flexible dancer-like physique.  This dynamic workout not only burns fat and calories but will also tone and elongate your muscles, lift your buttocks, slim your thighs, tone upper body and create beautiful posture.   Unsure of where to start your workout journey?  This is a great class to begin with.

Hi-Lo Classic Cardio Classic fat-burning, calorie igniting aerobic workout. Options include high or low impact options that make this workout easily adaptable. Simple moves blended to give you heart-healthy benefits. Class includes 10 minutes of body toning exercises/core conditioning.

TKO Cardio Kickboxing™ - Jab and kick your way to a new level of strong!
